Getting your order to you
We want your order to arrive safely and reliably — that’s why we ship within Germany using DHL GoGreen and carefully selected, trusted logistics partners. Shipping costs are not included and will be covered by the buyer.
For smaller orders, we usually hand them over to our parcel service within 3 to 5 business days after purchase. Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order and follow standard DHL rates.
Larger items are shipped via freight with one of our trusted logistics partners. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks and is made to the curbside. If you’d like your order carried into your home, just let us know — we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
If you’re based outside Germany in the European Union, feel free to inquire about shipping options.
All items are shipped at the buyer’s own risk. Shipments are insured by the carrier. In case of loss or damage, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. We are not liable for delays, damages, or any additional customs duties or import fees.
Local Pick-Up
We’re happy to offer free local pick-up if you’d prefer to collect your order yourself.
You can pick up your item either in Munich’s Westend district or in Möttingen (Bavaria).
Pick-up details will be arranged individually during the ordering process to ensure everything goes smoothly and fits your schedule.
